Last spring I posted a blog about my kittens, Pema and Punna, with photos of how they “participate” in my RiderPilates group classes. Pema and Punna are both much bigger (I mean, much bigger!!!), but are no less enthusiastic about joining with my clients in class, sometimes playing (flinging paws wildly at moving body parts, attacking unsuspecting ankles, etc, etc), and sometimes just watching or sleeping.
Both Pema and Punna, however, at times feel compelled to join my one-on-one teaching sessions. For some it isn’t so good because of allergies, etc. For others it is amusing. Cat, for instance, can’t stop laughing when Punna, and sometimes Pema, joins her on the reformer.
With her permission, here is Cat with cats!
Abdominal curls:
Pelvic bridge….
proves too much for Punna – he’s outta there!

First Punna warms up the box for Cat:
and then Pema joins in:
Cat gets an abdominal work out from the exercises, and we both get a work out from laughing. Thank you for being such a great sport Cat!!
