I have such a wonderful time working with the riding friends and clients of Anne Appleby and Kari McClain at Anne’s Creekside Farm in Olympia. I’ll be back in May for a 2.5 day clinic starting Thursday, May 17 and teaching through Saturday May 19. I am so excited and honored to be invited to the gorgeous Wildwood Farm on Whidbey Island to give a RiderPilates instructional clinic to riding and other fitness instructors. I’ll be reviewing my ideas of what it takes to ride well, explaining exercises to improve rider function, reviewing common rider postural and other body control issues, how they affect the horse, how to identify them, and how to help a rider correct them. We’ll be doing off-horse exercises and postural analyses. Practical riding examples will come from video clip reviews as well as demo riders. Contact Heather Carder for more information.

I’ll be back at Fox Bay Farm in Bellingham on Friday April 13 (I’m not superstitious – but glad everyone comes wearing a helmet!) and Saturday April 14.
