Immerse yourself in pilates and riding!
Beth offers 1 or 2-day long retreats to allow you to immerse yourself in pilates and riding. The retreats include private off-horse Pilates sessions or classes, private riding lessons, and stabling for your horse.
Enjoy the benefits of off-horse focused work on your posture and postural support, symmetric movement, and balance, and apply these skills immediately to your riding. Leave with improved understanding and organization of your mind and body.
30-minute off horse private Pilates session
45-minute private riding lesson
Stall for your horse (does not include feed)
50 minute off horse private pilates session
45 minute private riding lesson
Day stall for horse
Day 1: One 50 minute off horse private pilates session and one 45-minute private riding lesson.
Day 2: One 50 minute off horse private pilates session and one 45-minute private riding lesson.
May also include a 60-minute small group class, if schedule allows.
Overnight stall and care for your horse (feed not provided)
