“The Riding Doctor” story

I was very excited when, in March of 2013, I signed a contract with Trafalgar Square Books (TSB) to republish my self-published book: Ride in Balance. More posture studies….

Yes, I’m a student of posture. It interests me on so many levels – mental well-being, physical well-being, function, efficiency, harmony.

So, I’m off to study another aspect by attending a conference in Texas called: The Posture of Meditation. Excited.

RiderPilates studies posture!

I’ll post comments on the conference, and I look forward to incorporating new ideas of posture and postural support in my teaching.
